About Jenny
Jenny’s approach to physiotherapy is for everyone. Her practice is grounded by 15 years of diverse experience. She attained her BSc Kinesiology with an exercise and sport major from the University of Saskatchewan and followed directly into the BSc Physiotherapy program, graduating in 2007.
Jenny is a certified mat and reformer instructor for STOTT Pilates. She enjoys teaching graceful movement that is grounded in postural theory. Jenny is a student of biodynamic cranial sacral therapy. She is interested in how the body experiences of trauma and the innate intelligence of the body to heal itself.
Jenny has experience working in orthopaedic clinics; hospitals, home and long term care settings. She spent five years specializing in early intervention for children. Jenny’s treatments are guided by an extensive knowledge of neurological and musculoskeletal development.
Whether you are an elite athlete looking for that elusive edge, or recovering from injury and looking to bring ease of movement into everyday life - Jenny can help. Jenny knows everyone comes to physiotherapy with an important story, and a different vision of success.
Jenny has her R.A.D. Grade 7 ballet and experience in jazz, tap, and contemporary dance. Jenny is an actress and stage performer with a passion for singing.
