9 am - 9:55- Forever Fit
Forever Fit is a low-impact Pilates class grounded in the Merrithew Active for Life approach and the principles of STOTT PILATES. Designed for adults who are seeking a joint-friendly, strength-focused practice, the class prioritizes functional movement, balance, core stability, and bone health. Using a variety of pilates equipment, sessions are structured to support safe progression, improve mobility and coordination, and maintain the strength needed for everyday activities— without unnecessary impact or strain.
Reformer Fundamentals
10:00 a.m. - 10:55 a.m. CST
This class is an 8 week series designed for clients new to the reformer. You will learn how to set up the reformer for your height, adjust and choose spring tension and gain comfort with using the reformer in various positions. Basic biomechanical principles, core stability and spinal mobility will be the key focus of this class. Upon completion of this series, clients can move on to an essential level class.
