STOTT PILATES MATWORK
Learn the safe and effective basic principles of Pilates.Challenge endurance, balance and coordination without increasing tension or pain. Develop curiosity about how your body moves and stabilizes. Learn how to create graceful movement
while getting a well rounded strengthening workout for the deep muscles of the torso.
This class is an economical way to participate in the pilates community. Its always a joy to practice with
this crew of pilates loving people!
Youth are welcome when accompanied by a guardian.

Level 1- 5:30-6:30pm
Level 2- 6:40-7:40pm
