STOTT Pilates Matwork Descriptions
Learn the safe and effective basic principles of Pilates. Develop your body awareness and strength to hold your body in proper alignment. You will connect with your deep stability muscles in the torso. This is the first step to create graceful ease of movement.
Take the basic Pilates terminology and fundamental exercises and challenge your endurance, balance and coordination without increasing tension or pain. Stay curious about how your body moves and stabilizes while getting a well rounded strengthening workout.
